Shipping

1. Order Dispatch: DIY Boat Wrap Kits are generally dispatched within the turnaround time listed on product pages after receipt of payment.
2. Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and drop-off without signature.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees include handling, packing fees, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
4. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the Australia. Free shipping may exclude large items and remote areas.
5. Remote Areas: Additional charges will apply to remote areas, in this case you will receive an invoice after remote charges have been calculated, the fee will be the remote area surcharge ONLY, you will NOT be billed for the full delivery cost.
6. Packaging: Special care is taken to protect your items. Boxes are amply sized and products are well-protected.


Address Accuracy

1. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Notify us immediately if you realize you've entered the wrong address.
2. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
3. We cannot re-ship, replace, or refund orders lost due to incorrect addresses. No exceptions.
4. All returned "Invalid Address" packages are non-refundable and will be charged a re-delivery fee to re-ship from Allstar Decal House.


Returns and Refunds

1. Custom Products: We do not accept returns on any custom printed products as they are made to order for each customer.
2. Order Changes (Custom designed kit’s Only): If you want to change a kit design completely or cancel your order after we have started the design process, it will incur a design fee, this will be based of the design time already spent.
3. Non-Refundable Items: Once the print process has started on your order, it becomes non-changeable and non-refundable.
4. Quality Assurance: Our graphics are produced using the highest quality boat-specific materials available today.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

1. Reporting Time: If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving.
2. Resolution: Under these circumstances, we will fix or exchange the product at our expense and refund your return postage costs.
3. Defective Products: If you receive a product which is subsequently found to be defective, contact us immediately for further instruction.
4. Contact Method: Please reply to your order confirmation email directly, or email us at support@allstardecalhouse.com.au with your name, address, invoice number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
5. Return Responsibility: You are responsible for any returned items until they are received by Allstar Decal House. We recommend that you return your item by recorded delivery.
